Us
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. You may also choose to post the details of your order and pay by cheque. Your goods will then be sent on receipt of payment.
Cancellation We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours. Sould you wish to cancel your order, please ring or e-mail. Cancellations cannot be accepted after postage. Cancellation prior to postage will incur a £3.00 cancellation fee (to cover administration costs), and the balance will be credited to your Credit Card.
All goods remain the property of Bumped - It until payment has been received
in full.
All orders should be checked immediately upon receipt. Shortages or damaged items must be reported with 24 hours.
Items being returned for credit must be received within 5 days of purchase, accompanied by the relevant invoice.
Electrical units cannot be returned for credit if they have been fitted.
Parts returned for credit must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging. Items fitted cannot be refunded if correctly supplied.
Surcharges must be paid on purchase of all exchange units. The surcharge will then be credited when the old unit has been returned and has passed through our returns department.
Exchange units cannot be refunded if Bumped - It consider the part to be in unserviceable condition.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information contained on this Website and in our catalogues is correct at the time of writing, product improvements or price alterations may occur during the life span of the website or catalogue.
Occasionally we may substitute with a different quality but this is rare
and you will be notified and refunded any moneys owing to you. Code Of Practice
Processing your Order Every order placed in the on-line shop will generate a confirmation with
an unique identifying number which is automatically emailed to you, which
you can retain or print out for future reference should you need to contact
us. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that we do not create a demand
which cannot be met, but where this is unavoidable our procedure is as
follows:
Delivery Times (UK) We will process you order the same working day whenever possible. Orders placed at Weekends/ Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day. Orders placed before 4.00PM on a working day will be dispatched by carrier the same day for delivery the next working day. Delivery will be via one of our approved carriers Target or Parcelforce. Please note that deliveries are made during normal business hours, if you are not at home the carriers will not leave your parcel due to the risk of theft, unless special arrangements are made.
Complaints and Redress procedure. Our policy is to attempt to avoid complaints, disputes and mistakes where
ever possible, but behind the website there are people involved, and sometimes
things can go wrong due to human error; or some circumstance beyond our
control, such as 'force majeure' ,We cannot be responsible for non delivery
or damage to goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
such as Terrorism, Acts of God, War or Civil Uprisings, Floods, Riots,
Drought, Fire, Strikes or other such circumstances that are beyond our
control

Your Right to cancel The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require that
we (unless the Law permits otherwise) give you the opportunity to cancel
your order without giving a reason, the cancellation period in the case
of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the
contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7
working days, beginning on the day after the day that you (the consumer)

Faulty Goods In the unlikely event that goods turn out to be faulty or different from
those ordered, you must notify us immediately. The goods should be returned
to us as soon as possible for a refund. If the goods are faulty, or not
as ordered, we will make a refund within 30 days of receiving the goods
from you. When returning faulty goods you must advise the nature of the
fault, your name, address and the original invoice number.

We are UNABLE to accept Electron cards via the webshop or over the telephone.

Surcharges
We are often asked about Surcharges. A surcharge is an amount of money that we charge you on certain items when that part is a reconditioned unit, and we require the old unit back for reconditioning. The on-line shop will automatically add the surcharge to your shopping basket when you add a surchargable item to the shopping basket.
